The Barbados Golf and Country Club which was originally built in 1974 and designed by Architect Col. J. Harris, was re-designed in 2000 by Ron Kirby. The 6,805 yard par 72 golf course and has since been sanctioned by the PGA European Tour to host a PGA Seniors Tournament.

Conferences, Meetings and Banquet Facilities

The Sam Lord's Castle Resort is equipped to facilitate groups of ten to four hundred people. The 5,184 square feet conference area is designed with meetings in mind. State-of-the-art audio/visual equipment, including a public address system and video and slide equipment are available. The facility can accommodate up to 500 persons for receptions and 380 for banquets, with four separate rooms with space for 200 people.
